Overall, magnificent…the ones from people I happen to have met truly capture their essence, but not needing to have been done in an overt, screaming “environmental portrait” kind of way as so many other portraitists do – they just are there, fully formed, calmly, in the image. So I assume that the others are true representations of the subjects also.
